The Bear

The Bear is streaming on Disney+, Hulu and YouTube in the US right now. Cinova keeps this updated and links you straight into the service.

The Bear has a Cinova Score of 8.7 out of 10 from 147 ratings. That puts it at #15 in Drama and #23 of all shows on Cinova. Every rating comes from a real person ranking it against the other titles they have seen, so the number is a decimal, not a rounded star count.

Carmy, a young fine-dining chef, comes home to Chicago to run his family sandwich shop. As he fights to transform the shop and himself, he works alongside a rough-around-the-edges crew that ultimately reveal themselves as his chosen family.

The Bear was created by Christopher Storer and released in 2022. It stars Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Ayo Edebiri.

Open The Bear in the Cinova app, tap Rate, pick a bucket (Exceptional, Excellent, Good, Mediocre or Poor), then answer a few quick head to head picks against shows you have already rated. Cinova turns those picks into a decimal score that is yours, and slots The Bear into your personal ranking.
